Marks & Spencer is one of the UK’s best known general retailers, with a broad range of products from clothing (number one market share) to financial services, home & furniture to fresh food.

I was engaged by to carry out a full review of its content management systems and processes, with the goals of:

  • Significantly increasing the volume of products managed on-line
  • Reducing the cost of managing content
  • Increasing the depth and quality of products merchandised on-line

The review was carried out successfully to time and budget and the strategy and plans agreed by the senior management team.
