IBM Is a global services group, operating in the technology and business consulting space.

SGA has worked with IBM for several years to provide training to improve IBM’s track record in building and retaining quality relationships with retailers.

I was engaged on a number of occasions to support the Stackhouse Garber Associates sales training programme for IBM global account managers.

This involved:

  • Role-playing a variety of Board-level roles within large retail organisations
  • Providing direct feedback to sales executives on their performance
  • Suggesting alternative techniques to better understand client needs and address them.
